Handyman Services in Quincy, IL

Jason and Ethan did really great work! They replaced the subfloor under our master bathroom shower, replace the toilets in both bathrooms, painted, installed new flooring, and showers. Everything looks really nice! The first week that they worked we were notified when they would be arriving, which was really nice. After week 1 we weren’t always sure when they would be showing up. Inconsistency in being notified of their arrival would be my only complaint.

"The repair guys worked diligently, were on time every time, kept me informed, and got the job done"

Job:  replacing all wood under treads for Deck Staircase; make steps safe for use again.  Text communications were excellent from start to finish.  A 2-day project under unfavorable weather conditions, but the repair guys worked diligently, were on time every time, kept me informed, and got the job done (which of course required a bit more elbow grease than originally expected).  We would recommend Area Home Services for the projects that “need to get done right” when the homeowner lacks time/ability to do them.

"They''re good at what they do."

They''re good at what they do.

I saw their work at the WGEM Home Show and asked them to come out and see what could be done with our 40 year old garage floor. They checked its moisture content, the floor quality, and we came to a color that seemed pretty nice.

And then the guys came and did the install. It took a day for them to get it done, and left us with a now beautiful floor and covered concrete sidewalls that previously had been nothing more than bare concrete, and were now integrated into the floor surface.

It all came together well, and was done expertly and carefully. I watched from time to time as the crew did their installation, and they knew well what they were doing and their experience showed.

Just sorry we hadn't thought of doing this a long time ago. You think that a garage is nothing more than a utility area until it gets dressed and becomes a neat feature to enter the house from.

"We have used Area Home Services before and would recommend their services"

Mitchell from Area Home Services did an amazing job explaining the process of how the garage floor coating will be applied and was very informative of any questions that we had about the product and process. We have used Area Home Services before and would recommend their services.

"I recommend Area Home Services for high quality services"

We had a large concrete surface that was uneven and different shades of concrete were used. Not cohesive at all. I contacted Area Homes Services. We had an estimate done promptly, estimate done immediately, and a date for service was less than a month! The finished project exceeded our expectations! Professional workers, great attitudes and skills to do an outstanding job. I’m checking out all the home improvement jobs they can do. I recommend Area Home Services for high quality services.
