Workmanship warranty (labor)

We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty, which covers installation-related defects. If an issue arises due to our installation within that first year, we will correct it at no labor cost. This warranty does not cover damage from external factors, misuse, or changes in the concrete substrate.

manufacturer Warranty (Materials)

Material coverage is provided by the manufacturer and applies only to defects in the product itself when installed under proper conditions. If approved, coverage is limited to replacement materials only—labor and additional costs are not included.

important limitations

Concrete is a natural material, and certain conditions are not covered under any warranty, including:

• Moisture or vapor transmission (hydrostatic pressure)
• Cracking or movement in the concrete
• Surface or substrate failure

These are inherent risks when applying any coating system.

warranty void conditions

Warranty coverage may be void if:

• The surface was not properly maintained
• The coating is misused, altered, or damaged
• Installation conditions or product guidelines are not followed

maintenance guidelines

To keep your floor looking its best:

• Sweep regularly to remove dirt and debris
• Clean with mild, non-abrasive cleaners (Simple Green, Dawn, etc.)
• Avoid acids, harsh chemicals, and long-term bleach exposure
• Rinse off salt/sand after winter use
• Do not use metal shovels or tools on the surface

repairs outside of warranty

Repairs due to substrate issues, moisture, damage, or wear are not covered, but we can provide repair services starting at a minimum service charge.
