We are very pleased with the concrete restoration. Our outdoor carpet was worn out and we wanted a fresh new look. Friends posted that they liked the new look for their driveway and we went to see it. Alex came out and did an excellent job of explaining the process, the warranty and that we would not need to wait a long time for the work to be done. He even gave us some input on possible color choices. Jason and Justin were very efficient and friendly. We felt part of the process. I was disappointed not to get an invoice on the parts purchased from the supplier, the cost of parts and cost of labor. In the past I was disappointed by cost and labor for a new thermostat. We will search for a new service provider that shows invoices with breakdown of parts purchased and labor.

A 2-day project under unfavorable weather conditions, but the repair guys worked diligently, were on time every time, kept me informed, and got the job done (which of course required a bit more elbow grease than originally expected).
