"I am currently very satisfied with Area Home Services"
I watched as this company went through changes, was a bit hesitant when they changed names-- but I stayed with them and was very very glad I did. Latest call was for Summer A/C general preventive service- I was impressed with the professionalism of Skylar, and his knowledge. I also think the summer/ winter service deal was a great price- and they even offer more than previously. I am currently very satisfied with Area Home Services

I was disappointed not to get an invoice on the parts purchased from the supplier, the cost of parts and cost of labor. In the past I was disappointed by cost and labor for a new thermostat. We will search for a new service provider that shows invoices with breakdown of parts purchased and labor.

"They''re good at what they do."
They''re good at what they do.
I saw their work at the WGEM Home Show and asked them to come out and see what could be done with our 40 year old garage floor. They checked its moisture content, the floor quality, and we came to a color that seemed pretty nice.
And then the guys came and did the install. It took a day for them to get it done, and left us with a now beautiful floor and covered concrete sidewalls that previously had been nothing more than bare concrete, and were now integrated into the floor surface.
It all came together well, and was done expertly and carefully. I watched from time to time as the crew did their installation, and they knew well what they were doing and their experience showed.
Just sorry we hadn't thought of doing this a long time ago. You think that a garage is nothing more than a utility area until it gets dressed and becomes a neat feature to enter the house from.

I have personally known the Arns family for 15 plus years. They are an America-first company that provides the highest level of service. I have used several of their services and highly recommend them for their customer service and quality of work. 5 star business.

"Will definitely use them in the future for home and appliance repairs"
I had them install closed cell spray foam insulation in my home. The sealed my rim joists in my basement insulated the ceiling and wall in my 2car garage. The guys that came out and did the job were very professional and kept things clean throughout the process. Area Home Services reccomends a blower door test before and after the insulation install to show what the difference in a infiltration was with sealing qualities of the closed cell insulation, as well as to show where air infiltration may be in the home. Will definitely use them in the future for home and appliance repairs.
